This Is Our Story
Montana RYLA has been offered since 2000. The goal has always been the same, to introduce youth and their families to Rotary, Service Above Self, the Four Way Test and Leadership. The Montana RYLA Mission is to Empower Young Leaders to Facilitate Impactful Changes in their schools and communities.
Empowering Youth Involves Three Big Things
Identify Individual Strengths
Through team challenges, opportunities to lead, and overarching recognition events, campers discover hidden talents and build on their strengths.
Building Team Spirit
We spend a significant amount of time helping the campers to integrate into their teams. This gives us the platform to let the campers practice leadership, instead of just hearing about it.
Leader Solutions
Teams work to take a community problem and break it down into an actionable program they can take back to their schools and communities
